Scotty00:
On the Kaliningrad Avia flight SCO-DME the food service was pretty much non-existent, which can be typical for domestic Russian airlines.
Despite a very early 07.40 departure from SCO, and a relatively early landing at DME (09.30), the booze cart was wheeled out about half an hour into the flight. Even more surprising is that people purchase items that early in the morning!
Food service consisted of a very basic coffee service with a chocolate bar. You could purchase a sandwich or chips if desired.
Service on the British Airways flight from SVO-LHR was not bad. I sat in economy and had chicken, with salad and dessert.
