What about carry-on? Would I be okay with a roller briefcase and a purse? On both Qantas and Jetstar?
make sure that you comply with weight and size limitations especially on jetstar; check the site and verify whether the bag complies with the size limitations ( and note that wheels et al are not of zero size and do count ) ; the weight limit on jetstar for the carry on piece is 7Kg
