Brought my parents here for an Italian lunch today, but unfortunately, there was a private function at Favola. The kind staff (forgot his name) who attended to us promptly apologized and offered to serve us a table at the Conservatory in the lobby.
He even bought us the first round of drinks and offered 50% off the total food bill. And when I enquired about a dish that was not available in the lunch menu, he immediately offered to have the chef create a custom dish for us.
In a nut shell, the staff simply wouldn't let us down ...went all out to accomodate our every request and more - that's top-class service!
Lurkers: it would be great if you could help forward this feedback to the management so that they know how great their staff is.
