I prefer Jenbel's approach and would always suggest it to anyone with concerns about the moderation of any forum; while our Community Director does have oversight over the moderators, I think it would be a kindness to her to try and work out any questions/concerns with the moderator(s) directly before escalating to her.*

Regarding the OP's question, as others have noted, there is some overlap in the current OMNI and TS/S moderation team, so again, I would think those moderators would be the most qualified to answer. Let's put it this way, if the question was posed directly to the Community Director, I suspect she would contact those moderators before responding.
