If they've given a BIC or IBAN number (and probably a reference code) then any UK bank can make the transfer - in branch or on the phone.
There may be a rip-off charge of around £20-30 to do so, though - it's no wonder moneybookers and paypal are so popular...
And ever-so-slightly OT, it's a wonder that banks don't capitalise on this obvious price elasticity of demand - if they decreased the fees slightly, the increase in volume would more than offset any revenues lost.
