Almost all Oneworld airlines don't allow >32kg under any circumstances. AA allows up to 100lb for US domestic flights but not to any destination in Europe, for example; I believed the EU has enacted regulations within the past year -- UA has simply failed to update its list of airports. Asia does allow bags up to 100lb, but for a "mere" USD 450 per bag over 32kg.
