Not sure if this will help what you are looking for but from China www.ctrip.com and www.elong.com are the probably the best options since they've got deals with airlines that the GDS and other consolidators normally can't display. The flipside is that they don't show all flights online yet so you would have to call their customer service...

You might also want to check out Zuji (www.zuji.com.sg and www.zuji.com.hk).
