Sorry I'm a n00b.
They advertise in virtually all Japanese media. They are pretty much all in Japan. Two of them are HIS and No.1 Travel. Easiest way to see their ads would be to buy an English language Japanese newspaper.

Generally speaking, you cannot buy tickets from them outside of Japan although some do have a few foreign offices.
