This is scary. LH tech support confirms they have a bug in the system, don't know what to do with it and have no way of releasing the blocked amount from the credit card. I am waiting for a supervisor to call me back to explain the situation. Should be interesting.

I guess the lesson learned is don't use the LH web site for booking your flights.
