I will be doing a business trip to Mexico, Sao Paolo and Buenos Aires in late May/early June travelling from NY. I have it in my head that I would like to go to Hawaii for a one week vacation immediately following. I have been eyeing-up the Grand Wailea Resort on Maui. Questions: (1) what are your recommendations for the order of cities in Latin America and your preferred carriers?; (2) keep in mind the potential flight to Hawaii; (3) any feedback regarding the Grand Wailea?
