What exactly does class of service have to do with slumming it? Seriously? In the OP's case he's arriving in C, does that disqualify him from your statement?

And other than NOT mixing with the lower classes what is the purpose of accessing a hotel room for no more than 4 hours? To get a refreshing night of sleep?
