Flying Buffalo: I thought it was channel 14 too as that's what most people on the UA board saids. However, the entertainment guide said channel 9 for 747. Channel 9 was blank for the duration of the flight. Channel 14 was playing some pop music. Maybe channel 14 was for J/F class? I'll have one more chance to hear it if they turn it on for my HKG-LAX flight next week.

tfung: I was surprised too given that most people said that it was not available on most aircrafts.
