Hello!

I am trying to get some tickets for December using Skymiles. I have a reservation on Malaysian and needed to confirm it today, but am having issues. I think that one segment cannot be confirmed. Anyway, just got off the phone and the CS rep says that MH has blackout dates. I didn't think that MH had blackout dates as I have redeemed a number of tickets using Worldperks and Skymiles for LAX-KUL-CMB and vice versa. Has something changed, or she has no idea what she is talking about? She did read a few dates off for me.
