We stayed three nights early in May, 2011. The hotel room was well kept although the hallways showed evidence of water damage. We were given a junior suite with a Marina view. Room certainly was up to Westin standards. Presently the hotel is functioning with help from a Manager from the Westin Melbourne. He was helpful in terms of not only local information but also Melbourne information.

The dispute with the bankrupt ownership seems to continue but caused no problems during our stay.
