Figured I'd chime in here, just got back from JFK-SFO RT this morning.
We flew in 19B/C both ways. It was a good experience, unlimited leg room, tv's, and first on/first off boarding. This was the entirety of the benefit.
If you are in 19A, you'll likely have your leg space cut off significantly by the door padding. As someone else said, don't even think about the other side...those seats have LESS space than regular ones do. Row 18 isn't terrible, but there is the wall in front.
For domestic travel, the satellite TV's don't work....I'm not sure if they do for international routes either? The AV on demand does work, $6 for movies, $2 for shows, $1 for some shorter ones. Pretty good selection of movies.
