First of all UA offered great service to all it's customers and realized the needs of different groups and created opportunities for service rewards for each group. Most average Joe's that I know would take a UA E+ seat over a CO E- seat any day. Again more airline myths from the CO apologists that some how UA non-elite flyers were in the bowels of an airplane in a strange steerage class that only UA had and they never saw the light of day until the plane landed. Everything I have seen from CO so far is that it treated all of it's customers equally horrible!!!! Is CO masquerading as a WN wannabee??
