Strange indeed. The transaction (on Amex) does not show up on my online statement yet so I just spoke to Amex on the phone, they did say that when it does it will have no more details than what they can see. Does not give a lot of confidence in online booking. It will be sorted somehow I'm sure, just not very confidence building in the otherwise ordnung muss sein attitude of LH. And the card is useless while the sorting is being done. I'll hold out for an upgrade to F for the next ten flights or so as compensation
