At least you knew the flights were cancelled months in advance or way ahead of time so you could make alternate plans.
That's not so bad.

Much better than getting hit with an 8hour delay at the airport and the flight status still shows on time departure.

Oh well, happens a lot too at US domestic airports, especially during the winter season.
