Hotel was booked in my name, and I booked it on the Doubletree website, so no third party booking site either.

I was going to give it to her like I do at every Hilton family hotel I stay at, to get points for my stay. She said "sorry sir we can't take that".

And I'll agree that the parking garage is BEYOND narrow, I rented the Infiniti sedan and had a hell of a time getting up the ramps. I have no idea how people get SUV's in that deck.
