There are still several good approaches around if you look them out .......

London City, of course (choose a crosswind day).
Funchal, Madeira.
San Francisco on a clear day when they allow wingtip-to-wingtip approaches.
New York JFK on a Canarsie Approach to runway 13R
Rio de Janeiro Santos Dumont (the domestic airport)
