Check-in was courtesy and fast. Amenity card and breakfast coupon provided without asking.

And as other posters have mentioned, the breakfast in Hemisphere's is very very good.

Too bad this hotel is just a bit too far from Disney property, or we would consider staying there for our entire trip - and no, we would not stay at the Grand Cypress again until they get a new GM and things go back to the way they were.
