This is interesting. I have a redemption MEL-BKK-IST-ASB which I need to change to lose the last sector (I had originally intended to fly it but plans changed and now going to TAS with Uzbekistan Airlines). I know I will double my cost for doing this as it is a change from Z9-Z8 to Z9-Z2. But I'm terrified that doing this will result in the booking being cancelled and I will lose the sectors that I already have. Does anyone know whether this can be done without cancelling and doing a new booking?
