It's a little disheartening that the most "exciting" travel (*) experience I can score these days is a good seat on a 747 (UD or nose).

(update: of course I meant "flying experience" - I didn't mean the flight is the only good part of traveling)
Add BRR to your list of must dos before you die - they keep talking about building a proper runway (of course, they've now been talking about it for years, with no further advances. However, at some point, the Twotters will have to be replaced so no more beach landings )
