You may try a local asian-based travel agent who may have deals with CX. But trying to get a buiness class ticket for anything less than $6K is going to be hard these days - especially on mainline carriers like Cathay Pacific or Singapore Airlines.

Probably better to redeem your MR points to a US based programme like AA or BA as they have better redemption rates than Asiamiles.
