OP is presumably in luck, as the flight was just returned to its original schedule. Extended details on flightstats shows that the airline adjusted the time at 1:40 this am to the delayed time. Then at 12:21 this aft the schedule reverted to its earlier time.
One possible explanation is that there was a time lag between recognizing the delay and arranging an alternative a/c. But there must be many others. Does anyone know what really happened?
