A basic question, but one that I can't find the answer for at the Hilton site.
I recently had a stay at the Hilton in Sofia, Bulgaria. The rate was in Euros, but I was charged in the local currency, Leva. No problem there. But, how were my Hilton points calculated? They seem well short of the equivalent points in dollars, once the currency conversion is done.

IIRC I made this same comment in this forum a few years ago.
I understand that Hilton only updates the currency rates few times a year, and always in their favor.
In some occasions, when there has been big volatility in the exchange rates, they have credited me 20/25% less points because of this.
