I took a closer look at this property, after your post, and I noticed a couple of things. Rewards nights are only available for 2 adults, paid nights require a supplement (SFr. 42.00 CHF) starting with the 2nd person (obviously waived for AMB and RA), and the only room that shows rollaway bed/cot availability is in a suite (for a charge of SFr 90.00 CHF). All things considered....if they follow their rules exactly....they could charge you for the 3rd person and the rollaway bed (42.00 + 90.00 = 132.00). That being said, there are always exceptions to rules. As an RA, (and as Roger suggested) I would request help with the situation and see if a solution can be reached.

As I have said before elswhere, the extra person/rollaway charge policies are not consistent across IHG brands, and vary from property to property. Here is another example I recently came across:

IC London - Will allow you to book 3 persons into a superior room (on an award night), but the fine print states that an extra bed is available for a fee (which happens to be 50 GBP).
