My stay was on a weekend, hense the cheaper rate.

By Path it would take about 15-20 minutes before 11pm, afterwards the train stops in Hoboken before going to midtown. The ride would take 20-30 minutes.

There's also a Doubletree Suites hotel up the road, also within walking distance from the PATH trains. I have not stay here yet but may give them a try sometime.
