Just because someone is not tall they don't "fly shortly" do they? Oh, hang on, I see what you mean. I am sure someone would help. I certainly would do. It maybe wise to pack her hand luggage light, which I am sure she was intending to do anyway. At the end of the day her luggage will need to be stowed, and if she is not able the the crew will need to find a solution, the most simple of which would be to lift if for her.
