Cricket's a great game, but the best part of it is having people explain it to me. They've tried it scores of times, and it never gets old, or understood.

I can't leave out the interesting observation that the word "f*ck" is no longer considered obscene in Victoria, and in fact was used in political ads in a recent election. The judge who made the ruling referred to the elderly lady at the party he'd attended the night before who'd used it in conversation. I type it that way on the understanding that FlyerTalk still does consider it obscene.
