Gatwick Express refunds?

I was originally routed STL-MSP-LHR, the STL-MSP leg was canceled when MSP had the power outage last week and was rerouted STL-ATL-LGW. At that point, I bought Gatwick Express tickets for the 3 of us to get into London since there's no Underground service there. A short time later, I went onto Delta's website and saw an STL-JFK-LHR connection with times that worked out better for me, so I changed it to that, and thus, I no longer needed the Gatwick Express tickets.

Gatwick Express's website does not have a clear policy on refunds that I can find. It seems it may be refundable minus an administration charge (and I can live with that) but I don't know how to request that refund. If I log into my account, the refund button is greyed out and I can't click it. I e-mailed them over a week ago and have not yet received a response. I may try filing a chargeback with AmEx, but I'm not sure if that will be successful because Gatwick Express haven't done anything wrong, I just chose not to use their services. But I'd still like a refund if possible, minus any administration fees.

Anyone ever had any luck getting a GE refund?
