Delta doesn't fly to Vietnam, and I don't know that any online-bookable award partners do either... Booking a revenue flight on Delta all I see is Korean codeshares.
Additionally, "med" and "high" don't really have meaning for partner availability.
Just to get your train back on the rails:
I did my research entirely over the web and when I went aghast at the miles required, I called the GM line. Four times over 2 weeks. If you travelled Asia much you would know that the only rational way to get to SGN or HAN on Delta is to fly to HKG or BKK on DL, and then catch VN. That is where the mileage required first showed up and was then laughingly confirmed over the GM line. KE supposedly had nothing available in J on DL miles for the entire 2 month period, not surprisingly.
Also please note that about 4 months ago, DL increased magnificently the redemption requirements for VN tickets.
The point remains, if you want to go TPAC on miles, don't dream of doing it on DL until they resurrect a rational and ethical business model.
