I think we can agree that no one should choose a place to live on the basis of a promotional offer. I daresay that the sponsor does not expect anyone to choose their building just to earn 50,000 points. The purpose of these types of offers is merely to cut through the clutter, to make prospects aware of a building that they otherwise would not even have noticed.
