I would ask him to dump the "Premier" lane and go back to Red Carpet -- but that's already been discussed ad nauseum in another thread. And then I would tell him about the staff team at DTW who, time after time, make me feel like family (in a good way!) every time I come through the airport (every other week for the past two years). They are extraordinarily friendly, thoughtful, and helpful -- and I could give him hundreds of examples.
