At that point it is too late... However, I am sure my screams into the cabin of "Leave your flipping* hand baggage behind and flipping* move your ..." will hopefully get the message across. If someone does bring it along, they will get an extra hard push as I "assist" them out of the door. Friction burns or no friction burns.

* - Replace "flipping" with a more hard hitting naughty "f" word that may just pop out in an adrenaline rush.
