Not exactly. The first player when I touched to show the movie list, it went into TV programs, and the mouse "pointer" wouldn't scroll over to the right hand side of the screen.
On my Archos, every so often when I power up, it does a screen sync, where it shows an "+" and instruct me to touch the "+" so it can recalibrate the touch screen. This player was badly in need of the same.
