I was wrong about Inchon airport code. Actually, Inchon will be "ICN" instead of IIA I was refering to.
Their webpage is very slow and the webpage was not updated for a while. I was reading Treaveltimes.co.kr (written in Korean) this evening and the article dated 12/14/2000 says that the Inchon code will be "ICN" and Kimpo will be used "GMP". Kimpo will be used for mainly domestic and Inchon back-up in case of weather condition or any other.

I haven't heard anyting that might be happening to the 3 letter airport code for Kimpo.
