Fare (before taxes/fees) has to be > $150. Previous threads have pointed out that if the base fare on say S fare bucket is $142 and you search using the voucher, it may show the next highest fare bucket that has a base fare > $150 to meet the requirements of the voucher. Try searching with and without the voucher and note the fare classes and base fares for each, and you may find your answer.
