Hi Percy,

It seems the info from Amex's link is incorrect. At the very least, CX does not credit the additional miles for itineraries that are not originating from HKG as per CX's T&C. http://www.cathaypacific.com/cx/ffp/...n_hk_2010.html

The point is credited via CX's end (if eligible) and none of my previous purchases ex-MEL provided me 3 points per $8HKD. I only got 2 points / $8 HKD.

Of course I did not call and argue but will be great to know if someone else have any luck with the 3 points per $8.
