The hotels (Marriott and Renaissance) are 10 minutes by subway from Marienplatz in the center of Munich. The line (U-6) runs every 10 minutes or less during the day.

If you happened to catch everything wrong, it could take 20 minutes, but that would be unusual.

The CY is convenient to (a block and a half walk from) the Hauptbahnhof where lots of U-Bahns and S-Bahns stop.
