What was most interesting about the WSJ article was that DL touted the improvements it had made in award availability in response to the previous year's last place ranking.....and, it still came it next to last. This, of course, is entirely consistent with DL's assurances to the members of this board that it has "heard" our complaints, "feels" our pain, and will address these issues in a timely fashion. Translation: by next year we will have implemented momentous changes to SkyMiles which will move us to third from the bottom.
