Absolutely. I would pick up the phone and call a corporate number, perhaps one found in the Dallas phone book or online. I would not click a hyperlink to the aa.com email. I might consider typing in the email address manually if I did indeed recognize it from some other correspondence.

In this case, I'm glad I'm wrong and this contest is legit...nice to see an FT'er win a pile of miles. But the implementation of the contest doesn't seem all that professional.
