I had very disappointing experiences with John Lewis pillows. Two months ago I bought a £90 pillow and now it's too soft to sleep on and I end up getting neck pain in the morning.

I ended up buying two from http://europe.shopmarriott.com/UK/ and when delivered I was excited to see the pillows are the Hanse pillows I was looking for!
