My wife and I will be traveling from Richmond, VA all the way to Taipei Taiwan on the following route on United: RIC -> ORD -> NRT -> TPE.

The last leg (NRT to TPE) is operated by ANA.

We will both be taking carry-on luggage only, which is hovering around the 10k (22lb) weight limit.

How strictly will this be enforced when boarding the ANA flight? And will we have to go through security again?
