Just signed up for the Surpass Amex and am new to hhonors. Trying to understand how all the base/bonus points will work, especially with the card & bonuses, promos, & my first hhonors stay (3 nights) coming up. Can anyone confirm if I'm thinking about this right?

Surpass signup: 40,000
Hhonors first stay ($300) base points: 3,000
Surpass 2,500 bonus for each stay in 1st 18 months: 2,500
25% gold bonus points: 750 (25% of 3,000)
hhonors current promo 1,000/night: 3,000
Surpass 9points/$ regular bonus points: 2,700 ($300 * 9)

Total after first 3 night stay:
51,950

Is this all correct??
