Logged in my account yesterday 5/27/11 to purchase a new ticket and discovered that the e-credits and e-certs are not working. Also verified this in 2 co-workers accounts. This time the certs haven't disappeared but the box to OPEN them has. Oddly 1 liitle 49.76 e-cert does have the open box as well as my amex companion certs but 4 or 5 other e-certs and e-credits say call Delta for assistance....what is up with Delta IT..?
