There's one on every street corner in the CBD (often 2 or more), and most are good. Not sure about Docklands, that is mostly new construction and rather bleak by Melb standards. But it is 10 min tram ride on Swan St; Bridge Rd. is also pretty good. And Richmond Oyster, located on Church St/Swan St has some of the finest seafood in the world (they are also fishmonger supplying most of the better restaurants in Melb). A different kind of pub food (maybe Greek taverna?).
