Organize, crop, rotate, color balance, saturation, sharpness, redeye, bw/sepia stuff, all using non-destructive editing (original pictures don't get modified). Effective for simple editing while online hosting is a nice bonus. For free, Picasa is really quite nice. Does RAW with all major manufacturers as well.
