Have you considered flying to the west coast and taking a cruise to Hawaii?

CO flies nonstop IAH-HNL with the old-style BF seats (much more comfort and recline compared to domestic F). They will begin the conversion to the new BF style sometime in 2012 but your flight may still have the old seats.

If you stop in California you'll probably have the domestic style seats in F.
