Well, by being 80% disabled, I think that exit row seats are not an option. However, you may find that bulkhead seats would give you the little bit of extra room and comfort you need. And a heck of alot cheaper than FC.

United also has Economy+ (E+) that would give you a couple extra inches. They cost extra but, again, cheaper than F.
